Founded in 2001, Nelson PC supports both residential and business clients with hardware and software support, training, networking, internet connectivity issues and internet publishing.
As the company grew, I started offering hardware sales in response to the needs of my clients. Merchandise sales have quickly become a significant portion of the company's earnings.

Nelson PC Sales + Support is solely owned and operated myself, Stevland Ambrose. I grew up in Toronto and came of age at time when it took 20 minutes to load Space Invaders from a tape drive. I've been living in Nelson for over 10 years, and Nelson PC is the second business that I've started in this town (my first claim to fame is as the original "Guy With Truck").
Philosophy
I believe that the computer market can be served more effectively with an alternative, low-overhead approach to traditional "brick-and-mortar" shops. I pride myself on my mobile service, quick turn around on support issues, competitive pricing, and my jovial business attitude.
Strategy
As the operator of a neoteric company, I believe that "small is better"—my personal relationship with my clients is key to their satisfaction. While maintaining minimal overhead, I can still meet market demand by rapidly filling orders. I deal only with suppliers that also offer quick shipping, excellent post-sale support and customer satisfaction. This combination of strategies has allowed the company's sales to grow rapidly while still maintaining the contentment of my clients.
