Who
Lynch Building Inspection Services Ltd. is the longest running and most experienced inspection team in the West Kootenays. They offer a complete range of inspection services to residential, corporate, and governmental
clients.
What
Lynch Inspection is a business with a wide range of services and an equally diverse clientele.
They needed a web site that could convey all of this information in an easily navigatable format. It was important
to them to make this information available freely and thereby minimize on lengthy phone calls. For example, in the past they would frequently have to fax contracts to their clients—now they simply refer clients to the site.
The Lynch Inspection team also publishes a weekly "Q & A" column in a local newspaper, which they have me archive on the site. This quickly grew into hundreds of articles. While great resource to the community and a terrific promotional tool ("Google traffic"), it soon became daunting to find a specific article. Therefore, we added a search engine to the site.
