Computer Delivery
You can take advantage of my computer delivery service. For an additional $10 charge on your bill, a driver will pick up and return your computer
to you at your convenience.
On Site Support
Businesse and residential customers can take advantage of on-site service for an additional $10 charge for on site appointments.
Often the types of assistance that people request can be far better served from my office, and I will advice you if this is the case.
Remote Assistance
Established clients can take advantage of my remote assistance service. If you have a high speed internet connection, we can set up your computer so
that I can control it from my office. With a combination of remote assitance software and telephone consulting, this is often the quickest way to get
out of a snag. This service is billable at my hourly rate, with flexible payment options.
